Anderson Service Coordination

We offer Medicaid Service Coordination (MSC) to adults and children in the surrounding area with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. This service provides linkage and referral services to individuals and their families on a long-term basis.

Through the identification of services, programs or funding for such services, your Anderson Center MSC will provide basic linkage and referral service to individuals through appropriate services, programs or funding. An Anderson Center MSC will be a valued addition to advocates and team members by maintaining high quality Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), coordinating all team members in a goal-oriented plan which ensures the best service for the individual and offering long-term consistent quality of care and experience to the individual and their family.

Other benefits to working with an Anderson Center for Autism Service Coordinator include:

  • Respite and rehabilitation coordination
  • Knowledge of therapy provision
  • Connections with area providers
  • Agency-linked placement options
  • Knowledge of transitional issues as your child ages

Anderson MSCs are very familiar with the process of assisting families with setting up Medicaid benefits and with working within New York State’s guidelines for obtaining other benefits for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
