You Can Help Us Make a Difference
Throughout our history, with the ongoing support of generous community organizations, corporate
supporters, government assistance programs and more, Anderson Center for Autism has built a strong foundation upon
which we can build. But now we look to the future with anticipation of great things to come and we respectfully
ask for your help.
Please consider the following gift options:
Cash & Cash Equivalents: If you itemize your deductions on your personal federal income tax return, you may take a charitable gift deduction for the amount of your charitable gift of cash and cash equivalents (certificates of deposit, savings bonds, money market fund, etc.).
Securities: Donors may enjoy substantial tax savings by transferring gifts of appreciated stock or property. By giving appreciated securities, donors receive a tax deduction for the full market value of the gift while avoiding the capital gains associated with appreciated stocks.
Matching Gifts: Many companies will match their employees' gifts. If your company participates in such a program, matching gifts forms may be obtained through your Human Resources department.
In-Kind Gifts and Pro Bono Services: In addition to cash contributions, some companies donate their products to charity — often referred to as "in-kind" gifts — or offer their services on a free "pro bono" basis. Many companies have products that can be used by nonprofits, including products from current inventory, obsolete merchandise, returned or slightly damaged goods, computers, or office furniture and equipment. Nonprofits can also benefit from services provided by a company or its employees, such as printing, legal representation or publication design.
Volunteer Time: In addition to giving dollars, another important way to help is to give of your time. ACA always seeks capable, committed volunteers, and your volunteer contributions can leverage the financial contributions you make to our organization.
Your support will allow us to remain at the forefront of specialized care while exceptionally
serving the needs of those who need us most. Your contributions will go a long way in ensuring the best.
